Title: Multisensor Fusion Toolbox for Edge-AI Computing to Support IoT and MIoT driven Building Automation and Management Applications

Description: The candidates will carry out the task of designing and developing a modular multisensor toolbox for analyzing the possibility of multisensor fusion at the edge for IoT and MIoT driven intelligent building automation and management applications. The toolbox developed will provide the designers and practitioners insights into choosing sensors, deployment of IoT nodes, the feasibility of edge computing and/or edge AI based multisensor fusion solutions, the type of sensor fusion techniques that can be performed, the cost performance tradeoff of the fusion techniques, or provide insights into the quality of the edge computing solution. The candidates will participate in the design of the architecture of the toolbox, development of the toolbox, development of IoT/MIoT based testbeds, interface with the industry collaborator, etc.
